Hastelloy C276 seamless fittings generally can be used in instrumental applications due to higher smoothness. However, when strength is considered, c276 buttweld fittings are chosen. Alloy c276 buttweld pipe elbow is used for the gradual direction flow. Alloy c276 reducers are used to switch the diameter of pipelines by reducing the diameter to small. The other Hastelloy buttweld fittings are Hastelloy C276 pipe fittings that come with ASME standards used in several areas. Hastelloy c276 tee is used as the junction of three pipes, and Hastelloy end cap fittings are usable across high temperature and pressure environments.
The material of Hastelloy c276 also comes with 355 Mpa as the minimum yield strength, and 790 Mpa as the minimum tensile strength that refers to the strong mechanical properties of the material. Due to the good mechanical properties, Hastelloy buttweld fittings are resistant to corrosion and used in high stress and temperature environments. The chemical composition of 15% molybdenum, about 15% chromium, some percentage of nickel already enhanced the corrosion resistance than any different alloys.
