SS 316ti buttweld fittings are chromium titanium stainless steels with nickel up to 13%, molybdenum up to 2%, and a minimal amount of titanium. SS 316ti has been offered in various shapes, sizes, and dimensions and can be custom-made according to the clients' requirements. Different varieties are used for different purposes, such as the Alloy 316ti Elbow, which is used to alter the direction of a pipeline without putting too much pressure and may be bent at various angles, such as 45 degrees or 90 degrees. The schedules provide the wall thickness and pressure ratings. The schedules vary in length from 5 minutes to 160 minutes and XXS minutes. SS 316 ti has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance too. The SS 316 buttweld fittings have excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance to protect from acidic media and reduce environments. Stainless steel 316Ti pipe fittings have high mechanical strength and can withstand high temperatures and harsh conditions. The additions of nickel and molybdenum in 316TI provide resistance to acid attacks on its structural integrity and lower atmospheres.
